We strive to meet the environmental construction guidelines set by well-respected industry leaders such as LEED™: This is possible through the use of site development such as maximizing open space, heat island effect roof design, optimizing energy performance - 20% new/ 14% existing, enhanced commissioning, construction waste management – divert 75% from disposal, use certified wood from sustainable harvesting techniques, find low-emitting materials, design and plant water efficient landscapes- reduce water consumption by 50% for water efficient new landscape design or reduce by 30% if existing, and by further reducing our energy thumbprint by using EnergyStar™  building standards wherever possible.
